Flying n filming today.

Despite having a fractured rib (that hurts) I will be flying the motorised Hang Glider soon. Weather doesn't get any better. Hopefully get a fish or two as well.

Bad day fishing

While filming yesterday I slipped and cracked a rib and cut both my hand and face. I guess now, I'll catch up on already recorded footage. Will be taking it easy for a bit.

Urban Fly Fishing for Trout, Tasmania, Australia

Urban Fly Fishing is Flyfishing / Trout Fishing 20 minutes from Hobart, Tasmania in Australia.  Fishing for wild Brown and Rainbow Trout.  Most of my fish are sight casted in clear or gin clear water.  This is river fishing at it's best on clear sunny summer days. I use various fly patterns which in time I will show you how to tie in my fly tying videos.  The evening rise is as usual the best time to fish, with Trout jumping out of the water and free swimming right under my feet.

Fly Fishing Brown Trout in Coal River Tasmania

On this day I Fly Fish the Coal River. Big fish in small creeks are great fun, especially if it's a section of river that is hidden and very few people ever fish it. I saw some huge Trout and caught a very nice one, trout are creatures of habit and I will return to catch the big fish I saw next year. A two foot long Trout is not to be ignored.

I fish with only dry flies and see every take.  With some cool under water video of the Trout you are sure to like this video. Filmed on a bright warm sunny day in Tasmania, Australia, the conditions turn on spectacularly for a great days fishing.

Swedish Pike Flies on Ozzy Barramundi.

After/during the floods the Barra are biting hard.  Plenty of fish and lots of laughs.
Run-off Barramundi fishing with friends at Wolf Creek (my Wolf Creek).
We fished the sunset for peak Barramundi action, this is the time of day that Barra come alive and feed ferociously.

Feel free to share. Enjoy.
